What To Expect, After I Sign-Up?

After you sign-up and pay your MLS Listing fee, we will prepare your MLS Listing agreement and email over via a link, just complete it online. Sometimes you will receive the MLS listing documents within 5 minutes, and sometimes it can take a few hours if we are preparing docs for other happy customers.

Receiving your MLS link, sometimes it depends on the time of day.
– Order’s placed after 5:00pm Mon-Fri will get processed the next day.
– Order’s placed after 12:00 noon Saturday will get processed on Monday.
– Order’s placed on Sunday will get processed on Monday.

#1 Sign-up and place your order.
#2 Lookout for your MLS documents. Complete the forms and email in your photos.
#3 Your listing will be live on 100+ websites within 24 to 48 hours upon completion of the finalized and approved MLS forms.

After you are live on the MLS prepare for phone calls from buyers interested in your property.
All buyer leads are forwarded to you.
